1. About these terms
These proposed terms describe access to Wopy: Monster Slayer, an online fantasy role-playing game. They cover accounts, gameplay, and community features. This is an owner-review draft, not a finalized agreement. The operator’s legal identity, contact address, effective date, and applicable service details must be added before publication.
2. Your account
Use accurate information where it is requested and keep your login details private. Do not use another player’s account without permission, impersonate another person, or misrepresent an affiliation with the game team. Tell the operator promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. An account holder should not be treated as automatically responsible for unauthorized activity beyond their reasonable control.
3. Access and development
Access may be invitation-only during development. Features, balancing, and test content may change, and maintenance may interrupt play. Material changes affecting access, progress, or purchased content should be explained in advance where reasonably possible. Emergency security fixes may require immediate action. Any test reset affecting progress should be clearly announced; development status does not remove rights that apply under law.
Owner review required: define the intended audience and minimum age, any necessary parental permission, supported regions, and how access restrictions are communicated.
4. Fair play
Do not use unauthorized bots, scripts, modified clients, exploits, or duplicated rewards to gain an unfair advantage. Built-in idle combat and other game-provided automation are allowed. Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or trade stolen accounts or items. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately rather than using them against other players.
5. Community conduct
Treat other players respectfully. Do not threaten, harass, scam, impersonate, spam, or publish another person’s private information. Do not upload unlawful material or content you lack permission to share. Keep player names, guild identities, messages, and images appropriate for the audience the operator defines.
6. Player content
You retain any rights you have in the messages, images, and other material you submit. You give the operator a non-exclusive permission to host, display, and technically process that material only as needed to provide and moderate the game features you use. This permission does not transfer ownership or grant unrelated advertising rights. Removal requests and any necessary retention should be explained in a separate privacy notice.
7. Virtual items and purchases
Game items, currencies, and rankings are part of the game experience. They are not a promise of real-world income or cash redemption. Do not sell or transfer them outside features expressly supported by the operator. This draft does not establish purchase, cancellation, or refund conditions.
Owner review required: document any real-money purchases, prices, delivery, technical requirements, withdrawal or cancellation information, and remedies before enabling paid transactions. Avoid blanket “no refunds” wording or loss of purchased content without a fair explanation and applicable remedies.
8. Moderation and appeals
The operator may investigate suspected rule violations and take proportionate measures, such as removing content, limiting features, or suspending access. Where appropriate, explain the reason and provide a way to request a review. Urgent action may be needed to protect players or the service. A permanent restriction should not be imposed arbitrarily; relevant circumstances and applicable consumer rights must be considered.
9. Privacy and third-party services
A separate privacy and cookie notice is required to explain actual data handling, service providers, retention, legal grounds, and player rights. It has not yet been supplied. Accepting game terms is not a substitute for any consent that may be required for optional tracking. Links to external communities lead to services with their own rules.
10. Your rights and changes
Nothing in the final terms should exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Do not interpret this draft as an unlimited liability waiver or a restriction on access to courts or consumer assistance. Significant changes to finalized terms should be clearly announced, explain what changes and why, and state when they take effect. Any additional notice, agreement, or cancellation rights required by law must be respected.
11. Contact and complaints
Operator legal name: to be completed. Contact email and postal address: to be completed. Effective date: not set. The operator must provide a usable channel for support, moderation appeals, complaints, and account or privacy requests before these terms are finalized. Governing-law or dispute clauses require review for the operator’s jurisdiction and the countries served.
